Who it is for

Health plans are confusing.Picking wrong costs you all year.

01

Terms that hide the real cost

Deductibles, copays and out-of-pocket maximums change what you actually pay when you need care.

02

Your doctor is out of network

Networks differ plan to plan, and an out-of-network visit can cost far more than you expect.

03

Enrollment windows are short

Outside open enrollment you generally need a qualifying life event to sign up or switch plans.

Coverages

Explained plainly.

Every policy is fitted to what you own and how you live or work, then reviewed with you each year.

Individual health coverage

For the self-employed, people between jobs and owners who are not on an employer plan.

Family coverage

One plan that protects you, your spouse and your dependents.

Small business and group options

Coverage that helps you attract and keep employees while you manage the budget.

Preventive care review

Many plans include annual checkups and recommended screenings. We show what each plan covers.

Prescription coverage

We check formularies and drug tiers so you know how your medications are covered before you enroll.

Hospital and major medical

Protection for hospital stays and major medical events, where costs climb fastest.

FAQs

Good questions.

Something else on your mind? Call 773-536-9272 and our office will walk you through it.

When can I enroll in a health plan?
Most people enroll during the annual open enrollment period. Outside that window, a qualifying life event such as losing other coverage, marriage, the birth of a child or a move can open a special enrollment period.
What is an out-of-pocket maximum?
It is generally the most you pay for covered in-network care in a plan year. Once you reach it, the plan pays the full cost of covered in-network services for the rest of that year.
Can a small business offer group coverage?
Yes. We review small group options with owners who want to offer health benefits to attract and keep employees.
Is preventive care covered?
Many plans include preventive care such as annual checkups and recommended screenings. We confirm what each plan covers before you enroll.
What should I have ready for a quote?
Names and birth dates for everyone on the plan, your ZIP code, the doctors you want to keep and the prescriptions you take.
